We were fortunate to have a clear day with a moderate temperature. The group consisted of 6 people – Stewart Stiles (leader), Christine Stiles, John Hodgson, Clive Louw, Werner Frei and Zelda Willemse.
The group set out just after 07h00 from Witfontein. We summited Cradock Peak at about 11h45 where we had a lunch. Views were superb – views from beyond Mossel Bay to Knysna! We reached the top of George Peak at 13h45. The going was a bit wet and muddy in places, but, not too bad. We headed back down to the cars and the hike ended at approximately 17h00.
