The group consisted of 10 people – David Proctor, Fran Hunziker, Stewart (leader) and Christine Stiles (all MCSA), Norman Neville, Dave van Zyl, Lynne Puren, Terence Marshall, Janet Taplin and Tara Marshall.
The group met at the Mvubu parking at 09h00 and after dropping off transport at Platbank started the hike at around 09h10.
Conditions were good with overcast and cool weather.
We were fortunate to see the fossilised hoof prints of the long horn buffalo.
The hike ended at Platbank at around 13h30.
